I am super excited. One of the most exciting types of interactions for me, is finding someone with whom I “click” on a collaborative creative basis. It’s a relationship that can’t be coerced and like the best romantic relationships, such collaborative romances present themselves when you’re not looking for them.
And so I have recently found a sparkly muse! I’ve shown you some of her work, here, and while we’re still at the early stages of our work together, I’m pleased with what we have come up with so far. We’ve also done this phone sex page, which I really love.
We’re planning to do updates of all of our sites with this new designer. I’m still a big fan of the simple, non-flashy type of look (Google’s main page is the epitome of a perfect site, in my opinion), so we won’t be straying far from that concept. But admittedly, our sites need a facelift! But I don’t want to change what’s worked for us for 8 years, overnight.
So I’d love to hear your ideas. What do you want the new LDW/Enchantrix sites to look like? What new features should we add? What old features should we phase out?
Also, I’m thinking that for those who like the “Classic” look, we should leave the current site layouts in tact, and provide an “alternate entrance”. Do you think we should do this?
I would also love to give select members of our community the opportunity to work directly with our new Design Mistress to come up with concepts for sites that are totally under your creative control. If you’d be interested in participating in such a project, let me know!

I like the idea of a “facelift”, I am a huge fan of keeping things fresh. Having said that, I must admit that I am also creature of habit and love all things retro, so keeping the old sites intact for those times you want to take a stroll down memory lane really sparks my interest. I wish I could revisit the original Cock Control site that was black and red but alas, time moves on doesn’t it? Best of luck on your collaboration, I know that the changes will be professional and top notch.
