There are all kinds of ways to get on Santa’s Naughty List…
But today, I want to share a way to do something that’s not just “Nice”; it’s life changing. The Ladies of LDW have partnered with a non-profit organization to raise funds for sustainable farming, education, and empowering women and their families to end the cycle of poverty and hunger. If you’d like to support us, and support a cause that’s near and dear to my heart, please visit the donations page at Heifer International.
Holiday Heroics
In between the shopping, and the parties, and friends and families…it can be all too easy to forget about others. Those who aren’t going to be snuggled in with loved ones for a holiday feast–because they haven’t had a decent meal in days. Those who won’t be unwrapping presents beneath a tree–because they can’t even afford clean drinking water. You have the power to make a lasting difference. You can help end the cycle of poverty and hunger. You can be their hero, and mine. Your gift, along with those of everyone who has joined us this Holiday season, can create a lasting change & save families from the brutal and crushing devastation of poverty and hunger; giving them not only hope; but the means to rise up, and create a better life for themselves, their loved ones, and their communities.
